The venue met all our needs. There were fruit juices and cereals available for breakfast. - I appreciated the storage space and the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. - the service provided was good. - the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and attentive. - Being just a short stroll away from Led Phear Park was a bonus.

This place has a fantastic location close to the hill and beautiful sandy beach with a delicious breakfast made from quality ingredients.

Would like to come again, truly enjoyed its brilliant location. Thank you very much for the really great stay for 5 nights. The rooms are good with a well stocked tea tray, a comfy bed, as example.

Very friendly welcoming owners, We were contacted beforehand to confirm booking and arrange check in which was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the owners very attentive and pleasant. Overall very good value for money

I am only bringing up these points to help future bookings. It is in no way a complaint. My husband is tall 6' 4'' and unfortunately the ensuite shower was located under the staircase - he was not able to stand/fit in the shower cubicle so was not able to shower in the morning. Perhaps height should be ascertained at booking? The other point is that the guest house is located on a main road with bright street lights that stay on all night. The curtains in our room were of light weight material and did not block out the light - I would recommend some black out lining to help this. I, as many others I believe, like to sleep in a dark room.

I loved my very comfortable stay for 5 nights. the location was brilliant and lovely, close to other beaches to the east and places to the west via Exeter, the seafront, and the seafront and pub and restaurant. Had good sleep at the triple room with a good shower.

Very acceptable, reasonably priced accommodation.

Staff were really friendly, happy to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Exmouth. Only 10 minute walk into the centre or to the sea front.

The location of the B&B is magnificent and absolutely perfect. The breakfast is very, very good, with a variety of cereals. The room is airy and neat, with ample storage and the usual tea/coffee making facilities. Rohaven B&B in Exeter is set in a stunning location and offers delicious breakfast options and well-equipped rooms.
